What we collect

When you submit our contact form or book an inspection, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and the details of your request. We use it only to respond to you, schedule and perform your inspection or work, and keep records of our services. We do not sell or rent your information.

Website analytics and cookies

We may use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). These tools may set cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Google services

This website displays reviews from our own Google Business Profile, retrieved through Google's APIs. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We read only our own business's review data; we do not access, store, or share any Google user's personal data beyond what Google displays publicly with a review.

Third-party services

Contact form submissions may be processed by a form-delivery service, and online booking may be handled by a scheduling service. Each processes your information only to deliver that function. Map tiles on our contact page are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and CARTO.
